Membership in the Christian Union Chaplaincy Commission, Inc. will be open to chaplains, ministers and ministries whose religious background, teachings, programs, norms and biblical standards are acceptable to the commission’s governing board. Please complete all the necessary information to be considered for a certification with the Chaplaincy.
